What You Need To Do

To help us do our best work, we need a few things from you. You need to give us accurate information about your property. You should also make sure our team can access your property safely when we come to install or check systems. And, of course, make sure payments are made on time as agreed.

How Quotes and Payments Work

We always give you a clear, free quote after we visit your property in Rome. This quote will list what we'll do and what it will cost. Once you agree, we'll set up a payment schedule. We expect payments to be made as we agreed. If there's a problem, just talk to us – we're reasonable people.

If Plans Change

Life happens, we get it. If you need to cancel or change a scheduled service, please tell us as soon as possible. We might charge a small fee if you cancel too late and we've already started preparing or traveling. But we try to be fair and work things out.

Our Promise
